About the Instructor
Gail Joy Hutchison has been practicing Yoga since 2000. As her practice deepened she began to notice how its effects leaked into the rest of her life building strength from the inside out, she noticed that the physical aspects of the practice were far less profound than those affecting her state of mind. With dedicated practice came gifts of calm, peace, and inner strength, allowing her to have balance in all areas of her life and build her temple.
Gail began teaching to share the benefits of yoga/Temple Building with others.The postures in this practice are more simplified so that all types of bodies can experience the joy of building their temples.Her delivery is gentle and compassionate yet straight forward and she believes in keeping practice inspiring and uplifting. To challenge your edge and maintain a sense of balance is something she encourages often.Her instruction is designed for the confident beginner to the advanced practitioner and all types of bodies. It will work every part of your body and challenge you mentally as well as physically.Gail is a certified Yoga and Aerobics Fitness Instructor.
